Key collection takes place in person. Check-in times are usually from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM (for different times, please contact us in advance).
Check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest.
The apartment will be clean and equipped with bed and bath linens. Guests are responsible for tidying up and cleaning the kitchenette, if used, before departure.
Rental costs may vary depending on the period and occupancy. The minimum rental cost (based on two occupants) is €95.00 per night.
La Casetta alla Funicolare is a self-contained apartment rented for tourist use. Therefore, in accordance with regulations, it cannot provide additional services, breakfast, or other meals. The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette with a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, kettle, and kitchen utensils.
For breakfast, there are numerous bars and cafes within easy walking distance. The Bar Buffet della Stazione is also within walking distance and offers an excellent breakfast at discounted prices.
